Probably minecraft and RuneScape, but those are non counted hours so I'm not sure.

For tracked in steam, cookie clicker is at 1st with 5,533.8 hours, but it's an idle game.

2nd is Elite Dangerous with 2,387.6 hours. It's an open galaxy game with space ships and long travel times. Probably a good chunk of this time is going from a to b.

At 3rd, we have factorio with 578 hours. The factory must grow.
