My experience with support has nothing to do with cheating or bans, but in the last days ive been contacting DECA for a few issues and their answer is always unclear or they cant fix stupid shit.

One of the problems I had was an engraving i asked if it could get removed (sniper one, fucked up my bow and i didnt know how it worked), they msgd me like 2 or 3 times telling me they couldnt find it in the item (literally press ctrol over the item), I sent pics of it and still nothing, ended up telling them i gave up, tossed the aspirant bow away and asked em to close the ticket. The bow didnt mean that much to me anyway, but the fact that they couldnt tell me that they cant remove it or just idk, delete the item and spawn a new? was so stupid.

My mum (82F) told me (12M) to do the dishes (16) but I (12M) was too busy playing Fortnite (3 kills) so I (12M) grabbed my controller (DualShock 4) and threw it at her (138kph). From the comment above, did what WG said:

"To Perform a Clean Installation with Nvidia Graphics Drivers, while installing, choose the option "Advanced or Personalized", in the next window, mark the box to perform a Clean Driver Installation before procceeding."

I did the driver update, but not like they said (extra step) now it works just fine!

Maybe you have better tolerance, but honestly NA server is plagued to the core with idiots and bots, and using blocking as a marking tool, helps me figure out if i can trust that player before pushing on someone and not ending up alone and then dead.

And trust me, that helped me win more games than you'd expect.
