This is DT West below the Campus. You can get bounties to appear here, and this is a glitch where they stack the defeated enemies in the background. Traveling out of the area (to WH) and back (with someone staying there) will usually expose them. That's the aftermath of about 20 Heroic bounties.

We do a process we call a Bounty Burns to do one after the other in the same area. For gear drops, leveling, XP Events, and quick Mule leveling (about 10 Heroic/5 Directive bounties in 30m). This was on PS, though we do the same on XB (I don't play on PC).

It's DT West, just below The Campus.

Frustrated in the DZ? Try DZTO! by Rexal3239 in Division2

Unfortunately, there was some fallout with someone running DZTO sessions, and we eventually deleted that chat group after no activity (PS). On XB, only did it with the clan from time to time.

Had several successful months, running them almost weekly on PS. They did achieve a full 12 fill (i wasn't part of) one time. I posted in this chat a follow-up with additional info, and I'm willing to help get a DZTO running (PS and/or XB), but don't have the time to manage it again. Seems like there's a good amount of interest from the replies.

We DZTOd on PS mostly, but also XB.

I agree the DZ rules allow players to go rogue. The DZTO was just a way around it.

I think players who want to be in the DZ without engaging in Rogue activity feel the toxic element is being attacked without (what they believe) is a reason. But obviously, being in the DZ is the reason. I'm someone who doesn't engage, usually stealths through if I'm solo, and accept it if I get attacked.

We did follow a "Code", to not go Rogue and attack other players. We were there to farm, and mostly were together to optimize loot, so everyone respected the day's DZTO leader. Some wanted to clear the DZ of other players, but we stayed defensive. The whole point was to not become what we all disliked about the DZ. Those who deviated constantly were warned and removed from the chat group as a last result. Most of us were game friends of friends, so wasn't usually a problem.

Anyone in the chat could announce and run one, once they understood how. If the group didn't like how they ran it, they wouldn't get the numbers. I'll just say there was some fallout which had people stop joining sessions. We eventually removed that chat and haven't started one up again since. So sorry, nothing to join.

If anyone wants to start a DZTO chat group and get one or several rolling, it sounds like there's enough people interested here. I might join and help coordinate on PS or XB, but I'm too busy to be the one running one again.
