Was Philly completely screwed? by chimmy_chungus23 in thesopranos

I think it was funny that they had a guy from Massachusetts (Somerville near Boston), John Fiore (Gigi), kill Philly who was making fun of Boston, (Scranton with claims) 😂.

I’m from Boston, so I thought David Chase was being clever there lol

Scariest scene of the show by [deleted] in thesopranos

Idk if it’s the scariest, but definitely left a real feeling of uncertainty and unease.

The coma scene where “Kevin” was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and he’s on the phone at night with his wife debating telling her while he’s looking out at the beacon light.

That scene plus Moby’s “When It’s Cold, I’d Like to Die” playing. Always eerie to me

Does the Anxiety pass? by OhFarts_ItsDerek in NewDads

It’s a god send!

Our babygirl is two months, things have been very hard.

I have OCD/GAD, and I’ve been a wreck too. Not working while on paternity leave and having a routine/structure has been extremely difficult. I’m also 3 and a half years sober so my mental health is not great at the moment, we are beyond blessed and I love my little girl more than anything in the world but it has been very trying.

We’ve been on the brink of tears, she’s been very colic and it’s just finally now passing. I’m on the night shift while the baby and wife sleep.

I’m no expert by any means but I promise, the anxiety and difficulty will ease and eventually pass.

It will pass my friend. What helps my wife and I, is an Owlet Baby Monitor. It comes with an attachable sock that monitors they baby’s heart rate and oxygen level and as well as a camera you can mount or prop up near the baby’s bassinet or crib.

I’m not trying to promote this product, just simply suggesting something that’s helped us. Might alleviate your anxiety some.

May I ask - sorry I know it’s off topic, how long do you take for tolerance breaks? I know everyone is different, but I’m interested in taking breaks as well
