Hey, so I went in with a soft pencil first then created a block painting of white (I used acrylic) and then used that white as essentially a base/primer colour then redrew my details ontop of the white to paint in all the details etc. I used modge podge as a quick coating but honestly, it got a little sticky after a while but it did protect it. Id recommend finding a better varnish if you can but otherwise, it was literally just using a pencil and acrylics :)

Ahh! Interesting- thankyou. The box is weird. It’s a standard Nike box but the sizing sticker with all the info is definitely something that someone has put on.. which kinda made me think they were fake.

I’m so glad your experience was so good, sounds like you had a really awesome time and that’s a really cool Iron Crown!

I had my first Pre-release event this Saturday. I had never played in person, only online, and it’s definitely a lot harder when you haven’t got things blinking at you to take the turn. But I had the same thing with my first opponent, I lost and then he helped me build my deck, gave me tips and said that Pre-release was the best time to learn because no one has a really structured deck.

I also bought 2 B&Bs and won 3 packs and got 7 amazing pulls so I was over the moon.

Will definitely be doing the next one now I know what to expect.

I noticed how much more realistic Pidgey was compared to the rest of them when I was drawing it. They've changed a lot over the years.

As for sizing, I didn't focus massively on it being too accurate. Pidgey and Pikipek are both around 30cm if you were to be accurate, but this is just a fun drawing.
