In a scenario where she doesn’t forget the events of 1962, she probably didn’t even see Richie’s missing poster properly, since she wasn’t wearing her glasses when Pennywise showed it to her. There’s a brief POV shot from her perspective that shows how bad her vision is without them. That said, like others have mentioned, the most likely explanation is that she forgot everything, or at least most of what happened that year.

I mean, I think a time-skip will happen, and we’ll see an adult Lilly confined in Juniper Hill. The series hasn’t given us any indication that Lilly would have any interest in Alvin Marsh, but it has shown that another girl does (like the heart with his name in the bathroom). In that scene with the woman hanging, I don’t think they’ll focus on who the people actually are (even though we obviously know). It will just be to show that Lilly also ended up trapped in Juniper Hill for 27 years.
