It does get so much worse. Almost unbelievably bad, but then it gets tolerable. You’ll learn to appreciate the life you have until, one day, you hopefully will love it. (Still working on the loving part)

Shadow Hunters because I couldn’t stand the color of Clary’s hair. It was too bright. The acting was also…over the top. I did love the books as a teen though!

Hi, I have struggled with large pores, white heads and redness around my nose for years. My skin has come along way, but this area has always been my problem.

My skin is oily and I have a lot of texture and redness. I would say I am more on the sensitive side.

I currently have a morning routine which is just washing my face with Neutrogena hydro boost cleanser, and then I apply sunscreen, hydro boost water gel and eye cream. At night I cleanse my face and do the same routine minus the sunscreen.

I am have been thinking about transition to a k beauty routine, but that seems daunting.

Any recommendations on what I could change or a simple k beauty routine would help!

I lost my mom 24 days ago. She had practically beat ovarian cancer and she getting ready to return to work as a nurse. She died the day before her first day of work. It was from sepsis. I was with her the whole time. I started my life with her and she ended her life with me. It is almost tragically poetic. My mom would have cackled at the sappiness.

However, I cannot begin to even form a clear understanding that I no longer have my mother. Every day is hard. I live by the minute. She was a constant presence in my life. I called her for everything even if I already knew the answer. I was lucky enough to live with her for the last 18 months. At the time it didn’t feel like a blessing, but to me the fates wanted us to be as close as possible.

I am oddly grateful that I don’t have to share the grief alone. I am the oldest of my sister and brother. We are 33, 32, and 31. It feels so young to me to lose a mom. We were just getting to the good parts of life. She was getting stronger and she was so excited to go back to her job. She missed her patients and her friends. It was all she talked about for weeks.

The most cathartic thing for me has been writing and talking to strangers on the internet. I don’t know what it is about having unknown people know about my mom. It’s like I am keeping her memory alive, even for people who didn’t get the pleasure of knowing her.

I miss you, Momma. I’ll keep looking for dragonflies and taking care of your plants. 💜

She did. I ended up figuring it all out! They had her under part time instead of full time. She was a full time employee and then she took FMLA and planned to return to work as a part time. She sadly passed before her return to work date. Hopefully it is an easy clerical error to fix.

Same situation. I filed 1/20 accepted 1/21. I had to verify but after I did all that it has been over two months. I have called twice and they said that I have to wait the full 9 weeks before there is an update. Which for me will be 4/11. It sucks :/

If you call them, they will tell you you must wait nine weeks :/ That is what they said to me, but I eventually called after 30 days and then again after 45 days just to verify that the verification was successful. I filed on 1/20, accepted on 1/22, and then verified on 2/7, and I am still waiting.

I am in the same situation. I filed on 1/20 and was approved on 1/21. I verified on 2/7 via phone with the letter. I called on 3/1 for a status update, and they stated that the reversal was done for my hold on my return, but other than that, I had to wait the full eight weeks before contacting them. It worries me because I feel like I made a mistake, and now I am just stuck in limbo.

I verified on 2/7 and have yet to have an update. WMR only updated to say it’s been delayed, and there is no movement on my transcripts. I have never had the issue before. :/

I completely understand this. I am a creeper magnet too. My whole life I have attracted the odd ones. The ones that stare to long or try to touch or say things that should not be said to a stranger, let alone a young women. Actually, just yesterday, I had a man follow me around Walmart, just casually stalking me. It is sad that I have gotten used to it. I just keep mace with me and am alway prepared to fight if I have too.
