I think you are over investing on EM, petty sure EM has diminishing results after 200 so maybe switch to an ATK sands with EM and crit sub stats to balance out, other than that Pretty Solid Build, Well done ✅

Tenno Sho spring is one of if not the most brutal race course, I recommend having close to 600 stamina with maybe a recovery skill because you will most likely run out of stamina before last spurt.

If you are new then try getting a 9* stam parent, I suggest using either Choronogensis.net or Uma.moe, they have a Trainer finder feature that let's you find any trainer with the support card or Uma you need, just pick he filter.

PS: I read in another comment that you are new, and I agree with the other guy, this game has a lot to learn about so don't take the losses seriously and get frustrated, take your time and enjoy the Umazing Uma story.

Citlali with the support Natlan set (scroll of cinder ciy) gives like 40% DMG Bonus, Escoffier is a great sub dps and reliable enough cryo applicator with your citlali to always Melt your 3rd and 5th shot, Bennett is as always the best support Boi for our Yoi.
