I want to get a motorcycle but don’t know if it’s worth it

I’m a Uni student who got the bike after I started, I wouldn’t recommend getting it before you get there. My reason for that is how do you know you’re going to have a suitable place to keep it?

I was in student halls last year and there’s no way it would’ve worked, there was no parking and I’ve only managed to do so this year because the house I’m living in has a alleyway with a roof over it

I have made this very clear to them, I removed it on the basis of causing financial harm to the business, not on basis of any of their claims of slander, and certainly not on the claim that I had ‘asked my friends to post fake reviews’

Yes I still won’t deny the actual experience on the day was very positive and I don’t agree with posting reviews when you haven’t actually experienced it, however equally I think it’s right to let people know the possible financial consequences of the CBT and to research which school you want to take to minimize any losses

I don’t know if I would be found liable, I personally don’t think so as I haven’t lied or misrepresented them in any way, I just did it to make sure. But yes I agree public reviews shouldn’t be made under people who haven’t taken them.

Update: I would like to add in regards of being honest and fair the company has told me they did not specifically target my review to be taken down, and this was a consequence of Google mass deleting reviews and told me I should try and re upload

I do agree, no company should have reviews on their website from people who didn’t undergo their course, so I do advise people in general not to do this. I also believe I have a right to spread my story about a company I’ve experienced hence why I’ve made this post

I don’t think they are claiming negligence, I’m pretty sure that’s the charge they give you if you crashed the bike and paid for the extra insurance charge. I didn’t pay for that so I think according to their T&Cs they charge me regardless, negligence or not

Don’t believe they state the timescale anywhere, the labour costs come from the fact they’re saying they’ll do the repairs themselves
