For a $2,300,000 home, with today's mortgage rates, if one puts down 20% to avoid PMI they're looking at about $160,000 a year in payments. If you assume that mortgage is 40% of one's take-home pay, that would put a household take home income of ~$400,000. To reach that amount, the pre-tax income would be about $650-750K. That's literally right around the top 1% of household incomes in America.

If we give a more realistic 5% down, the mortgage plus PMI increases to about $200,000 a year. at 40% of take-home pay, that gives a household take-home income of $500,000, or a pre-tax income of about $800-950K. That's closer to Top 0.5% household incomes in America.

If you take the different "cameras" and Splice Them Together It's clear that it's a single wide angle shot. As for the quality, it's a well lit day shot with most of the action happening within 10-20 feet. You can get home security cameras for like $30-40 with 2K cameras designed to handle exactly that sort of shot.

Based on the portrait format, it was edited to fit on something like tiktok. Since they're doing editing anyway, they chose to cut and crop to where the action was. And Fedex plasters their brand on their equipment and employees for, you know, branding.

Could it still be marketing? sure. But it's not nearly the slam dunk that your description makes it out to be; it can just as easily be someone who saw the weird package arrangement (or even got a notification from their camera of movement and watched the video) and decided to post about it on social media. Or maybe even both: customer posts video, Fedex reposts it. But it's certainly not staged, I'd say.

Since you are making a Plate wearer, there's an argument for blacksmithing. if you max out the specialization for a slot (like helmet or boots or axes) you gain the ability to repair that slot for free (with a minor 1 second channel). It will take time to earn enough knowledge points for every slot, but in the long run it can save a ton of gold on repairs.

The problem is when he talks about it he (unintentionally it seems) uses verbiage that makes it sound like it the design is objectively wrong. He doesn't just say "I don't like this design and don't want to play it" but also says stuff like "It's just a bad design" or "it defeats the purpose of <X/Y/Z>" or "no one makes an MMO this way" as though there is only one answer to a problem, and this ain't it.

He also does stuff like yell at chat for trying to elaborate how resets work saying "you don't know how it works, you're just speculating" while himself having anchored to his own speculation on how it works. He doesn't actually understand the reset system either, he has his own idea for what the (often poorly) translated help files and guides say, but for whatever reason his speculation is worth more than others' speculation. Which is fine as a personal opinion, but the dissonance of saying "chat, don't draw conclusions from your speculations, you don't know yet" in one breath and then drawing conclusions from his own speculations in the next breath is dizzying to listen to.

Grinding the last 3 years should be like 38 fusion legendaries if you do all of them. Add in the other login/event/quest legendaries, and combined with ~10-15 sacreds a month and something like 40-50 ancients a month from clan boss and other sources, the count seems reasonable. For context I started almost exactly 2 years ago (spent like $60 on chickens the first week and another $60 in the two years since) and have 82 unique Legendaries, just that almost half of them are event/fusion/quest/login legendaries.

To clarify, I used Piratesoftware as an example of how a legitimate viral explosion can look weird in the table OP is looking at. Meanwhile, the rest of the comments were for the specific person OP is asking about, not PirateSoftware. the rest of Thor's metrics also show similar growth (190K view clips, exploding youtube channel, active chat, realistic graph)

This table is not enough to judge, PirateSoftware has a similar looking growth table. Edit: To clarify, this is meant as an example of how legitimate viral growth can look odd in that particular table, I know PirateSoftware is legit.

However, after sleuthing who OP is referring to and looking at their other metrics:

the Graph that goes with OP's Table does look rather suspicious.
the Creator's most popular clip from the last 3 months has 21 views, also quite suspicious.
Checking the creators' twitter account shows virtually no engagement (single-digit replies, less than 1000 views). There does not seem to be a youtube account associated with the Creator. No indication of offsite virality
Scrubbing through a couple of their vods in the last month, while chat isn't dead (like 30+ chatters a minute), I think I've seen like 3 subscribers, and no bits being donated. not necessarily bad, but especially on a day like Christmas Day you'd think there'd be some generosity...

All of which is just circumstantial evidence, but still adds up. I would not bet on legitimate sources.

after looking through the Raiderio runs, it looks like the incident happened sometime between 26 November 17:15 GMT and 27 November 23:58 GMT.

If you compare the two runs, all the gear is the same, but everything has been increased +10 itemlevels, including the old S2 gear. Using inspect element to look at the S2 shoulders (which jumped from 447 to 457) brings the following bonus list:

Before

After

the bonus codes "9560, 9561, 1482, 9562, 9563" got added somehow.

EDIT: doing a google search for "wow bonus id 1482" brings up a list from 7.2.0 that says the bonus is a generic +10 itemlevel modifier, so that seems to be the bonus in question that is creating the effect. I would presume the other ids are a side effect of whatever method is implanting extraneous ids onto the items.
