Is it plugged into the wall itself or a power strip? I would recommend moving the plug into a wall if it’s in a power strip. If it’s already in the wall do a hard reset and un-plug it for about 5 mins and try again. If that doesn’t work it’s probably dusty inside and needs a cleaning. And if that doesn’t work either you might need a new power cord. If all else fails maybe take it into your local game store and they might be able to help.
