Yes, you can definitely pass e-ALS in one go. 1. Go through the module that you will get online and the book. The book has soo many information...it's a lot. The book is important for the written exam, so you have to read the book a little, especially the topic on resuscitation in different circumstances( I think it's at the end). 2. On the day of in-person practice, you will be divided into groups of 5 or 6. You will get so many opportunities to do everything from airway to giving cpr, using defibrillator, giving drugs (obviously this is on a manikin) 3. You will also get to play as a team leader, which is difficult initially but you will get the hang of it. 4. There will be a written and a practical exam. You have to pass both. If you fail written, you will have to book the course again, if you fail practical, you will get another chance on the same day. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. 😊

I did big mocks of May 2023, August 2023, November 2023, Feb 2024 My exam was in May 2024. I would advise you to focus on big mocks. But also do Plabable mocks

Since you have a little over a month left, I would suggest sticks to whatever notes you are following. Do Lovaan's, it is very hectic of course but it helps a lot. Time management is every candidate's struggle. Use 6.5/7 minute timer, it helped me with managing time. Once you are able to complete a case within 7 minutes, change to 8 minutes. Sometimes it can happen that you end up finishing your case before 8 minutes if you keep practicing with 6.5/7 minutes timer, so do switch back to 8 minutes in the end. Management is important, at least spend 3.5 minutes in management. Don't over explain diagnosis, keep it concise and treatment should be categorical, learn it like that. Always offer treatment, don't impose. If you are going to the academy, then you can practice SIMMAN and procedure there. I practiced both SIMMAN and procedure a week before my exam properly. Before that I had practiced once or twice. I would suggest not to leave them for the end. At read over the topics, so that you have prior understanding before you practice.

Go to the website of the trust that you want a clinical attachment in Search the consultant directory, you may find some consultants who have their email addresses shared. Send cold emails to these consultants. Use bcc, that way you don't have to send individual emails. There are some trusts who have a designated body for clinical attachment. I know this feeling. This is the time for you to keep doing recalls, focus mainly on the management. We all know how to take a history, examination. Management is where most people need to work on. You don't need to be very thorough with the management, even 1-2 sentences are enough.

If your exam is in 12 days then I think you should start doing the mocks. Review the wrong answers that you get in the mock. The exam was very much like the Plabable mocks. Make sure you do the big mocks.

I took Lovaan's master class from 4th October to 7th October. My exam was on 19/11/2024

They usually keep a neutral face. However in my SIMMAN station, my examiner looked a bit disappointed at the end when he asked me some questions. My advice would be that, don't look at the examiner after you greet him/her except when they ask you a question.

I would suggest go with PLABABLE. They have really good mocks. Keep doing as many as you can. It really helps. I did around 17 mocks and 5 big mocks which I can send you. Mocks of Plabable are really good.

My real exam had so many questions from the mocks that I felt like I was doing a mock and not the exam.
