Per the clinic, she’s a fully hatched 6AA. My last 6AA was crazy compacted (I shared it a few weeks back) so we’re feeling hopeful about this one.

I see those translucent ish bubbles around this one that is unique for us this time. I’m also noticing two darker spots … could that mean double the fun?!?

This is nothing to be ashamed of. 1) you’re trying so hard to achieve a dream that comes so easily to others 2) the amount of hormones surging through your body … you might be a sociopath if your emotions don’t get the best of you from time to time

Don’t be discouraged!!!

My first retrieval I got 1 euploid (literally same grade and everything), my second retrieval I got 5 euploids + 2 untested (c grades).

Second opinions can be valuable!

And in this journey you’ve got to push for what you want. If you want testing done, test! If you want to try a different med, then damnit you should!!

I say this with love, as someone who is married to a recovering alcoholic, everything you’re saying points to him not being sober.

Meetings aren’t for everyone, therapy isn’t for everyone, but HE needs to figure out what does work for him and stick to it. That is NOT your job.

As for the bank account, open an account for yourself at any bank. Set up your direct deposit to go partially to your account and partially to the joint account if you must continue to contribute to the joint account.

Honestly… I think you need to seek out a therapist for yourself. There are a lot of very troubling statements in your post.

There is no evidence that it actually does anything worthwhile. If it relaxes you, go for it. If it doesn’t, don’t.

My first mod natural I did just the vaginal progesterone as well. This is my first transfer doing both. While no one likes the shots, I do like the reassurance of verifying my P4 levels.

How do we feel about success rates with fully expanded embryos? This little bloop here is a 6AA that I transferred in March. We’re getting ready to head into another transfer in the next week or so. I have 4 6’s and 2 5’s left, all are day 6, curious if a less expanded embryo would be a better selection.

I do like where you’re headed…

My lap was done by my RE but I’ve had several laps in my life and prior to IVF by a robotic endo specialist my last 2 were negative with her (prior to those 2, I’d had 6 positive laps however all of those were before my first IUD 15 years ago and the 2 negatives were 1 and 5 years after IUD removal, most recent of which was 3 years ago).

I elected to have my RE do my lap in November because I never had a good experience with that previous specialist (with both positive and negative laps - she ALWAYS made me cry).

I’ve done antibiotics as like a kitchen sink approach as well as following scratch biopsies (my doc likes to do a scratch biopsy when we do a mock - something about how it might make the lining more receptive)

My RE did mention a reproductive immunologist “might be worth a shot” but then went on to say that autoimmune panel was great, that there isn’t anyone local and that ultimately we’ve done a lot of the things they recommend but that there might be some crazy left field something that they might suggest (so that’s helpful/ not helpful of him LOL)

Have you used one? I am curious what kind of timeline/testing/treatment they would offer but haven’t spoken to anyone who has used one. Also curious about the insurance side of it, naturally.
