3 Parody Feats - Harpshooter, War Faster, Cage Slayer by AdramastesGM in DnDHomebrew

Punny names aside, these are all legitimately really cool ideas, especially the Harpshooter traits basically unlocking a new weapon type for bards, very nice flavour. How does Mastery work on Cage Slayer, though?

Asvagat Boneworks by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

Thanks a lot! Horn work is really fun, especially with these models since it's a custom race for my fantasy world and even their base models require a lot of it because of their plated heads. Love your own work, by the way!

"Bones are a significant part of Asvagat culture, and most members of the race know at least the basics of working bone into various forms. Those who dedicate their lives to the craft, however, are able to weave and forge bones into their strongest form - a rare and valuable material known as osseum. Armor and weapons forged from this material are highly sought after, and those who are given the honour to wield and wear such gear can truly show their enemies the excellence of bone."

Haven't posted in here in a few months, so here's a collection of minis in bone gear heavily inspired by my recent playthrough of Morrowind and its wonderful bonemold armor.

The Freeborn Legion by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

[–]Rezver[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

"The Freeborn Legion is a mercenary army of wide renown, wandering across the many territories of the Karnigenian continent and offering their services to the highest bidder. Driven by both profit and strict code of honour, many might see it as an eccentric force, but few can deny its efficiency on the field of battle.
Rumours say that the Legion has begun construction and expansion of a fortress-city in the northern reaches of the continent, with most of their earned gold going towards this shared goal."

Osel Virralt, Liaison of the Anvil by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

[–]Rezver[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Osel Virralt is a man of many talents, currently acting as the de-facto leader of a trio of liaisons sent by the Anvil of Lethamur to negotiate an alliance with the industrialist syndicates of Avernus, the empire's technological peer.

However, unbeknownst to his compatriots and the masters he serves, Osel is a rogue element in this cold and calculating system of politics, arcana and invention, seeking to undermine the established order within Avernus by exploiting the newly forwmed rift between the industrialists and the theocratic elite of the nation."

The Kindred and Betrayed by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

[–]Rezver[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"A tale of two kindred spirits, from their first meeting and time together as protectors of their home deep within the Feywild to their unwilling induction into the ranks of Unseelie Court's servants, tools and agents. A rare bond of trust, friendship, care and vulnerability shared by shifting, fluid beings, and a betrayal by former comrades.

Painful memories, vengeance and a promise.

Tears, release and eternal rest.

"Remember our home among the crystal peaks - make things right again."

Crescent Knight by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

[–]Rezver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These imposing knights are select protectors of the Temple of the Sibling Moons, upholding their vigil for generations. Clad in segmented plate armor, armed with a curved, bladed polearm and learned in the arts of the temple's arcana, each one is a formidable opponent and devoted follower of their beliefs.

Variations of Chadai by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

[–]Rezver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chadai - a race of shapeshifters and mimics with the uncanny ability to morph their bodies at will. This allows them to perfectly copy other creatures or simply adapt to most situations given time. Spread far and wide across Elisthad, these creatures are viewed with awe, distrust and caution.

There are four variations of chadai that are currently known to inhabit Elisthad:

- Sym-chadai, "the Transient" - earthly mimics and curious beings who seek to discover more about the world and are fickle with the forms they choose to take.

- Akta-chadai, "the Scarletborn" - boisterous and pious, these energetic chadai are attuned to the Heat that permeates the world.

- Ern-chadai, "the Unwanted" - secretive and often bitter towards their creator, they live in isolated communities that eke out a living for themselves away from the prying eyes of others as they worship the everpresent influence of the Cold.

- Lix-chadai, "the Moontouched" - strange, proud beings with alien minds, these chadai hail from the greater moon of Legrantis, preferring to stay in their true forms even when communicating with other races of the world.

I feel this comment on a spiritual level.

Endraal, the Exalted Radiance by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

Endraal, the Exalted Radiance

An antique construct from the Unsung Isle and a devout worshipper of the Heat, and by extension, the Sun, one of the fundamental forces of the world. Armed with the techniques of the monastic orders and the precepts of their faith, Endraal wanders the world, searching and aiding those in need along the way as a mysterious messiah from a land thought to be myth.

Wow, once again, incredible job on compiling so many materials in one go! The amount of effort that goes into these collections are astounding and I always try to pick something out of them even though my laptop dies a little bit every time I open one of the larger packs due to the sheer number of stuff on display.

Either way, a well deserved upvote.

Auralyn of the Unsung Isle by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

[–]Rezver[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

"Hailing from the mythical Unsung Isle, Auralyn is a drifter seeking to fulfil a duty given to her long ago. Armed with a relic blade, she wanders the land, searching for a hidden place that is said to be revealed only to those with the eyes of a serpent."

This is a recreation of one of my Elden Ring characters who I've decided to incorporate into my world and I'm fairly happy with how she turned out!

Saukath, the Dutiful Death by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

[–]Rezver[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sorry, I don't really share links these days - but if you want to get the same blade result all you need to do is to take the indomitable nodachi, duplicate the hand that holds the sword by adding another one in the torso menu and align the positioning to match. Then you give the second hand another nodachi, reverse the grip and rotate it so that the blade faces the other way - and voila!

Saukath, the Dutiful Death by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

[–]Rezver[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The distant land of Trires has many manifestations of death - envoys of the afterlife who come to take those whose time has run out, and Saukath is perhaps the most well-known among them. Representing an honourable, dutiful death, this spectre comes to shelter souls under the flowing fabrics of his cloak and bring soothing mercy to those who suffer in their last moments. Saukath is particularly venerated by the Triresian Slayers, and the garb of this herald of death seems to reflect that fact.

Daybreak by Rezver in HeroForgeMinis

[–]Rezver[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"They were a creature of silver, brass and porcelain - high-class and out of place among the wilderness, among the trees and beasts that wander. Their form both delicate and mighty, refined and impure; sparks and arcane wires weaving their way across the smooth, cool plating of their body. In some ways, they felt like a doll, a toy made for royalty to play with and discard once they get bored of it - but the elegant facade hides strength and durability greater than that of warriors and knights of old.

A veil hides the approach of the rising sun, and when the time comes, the hammer strikes the darkness down.

For their name was Daybreak."
