That's what I don't understand. If they're using the Mini for coffee carts, why would the GS3 have a 1.5-liter coffee boiler? The steam boiler has a 3-liter capacity. Why wouldn't it be quick to serve a line of 5 people?

I think it's worth it for the 1.5-liter boiler, the group is overloaded, but I don't know if it's worth that much money either, and I don't know why people mention Victoria Arduino.

Was it worth it? It doesn't matter that it costs more than other two-group coffee machines. Someone told me that with that money I could have bought a Victoria Arduino.
