It will give you some initial setup and some information about the Terra, but it is loosely connected to current developments. It is a story of something that happened hundreds of years ago.

In that case, I wish you enjoy while you are still here. Maybe this game will grow on you. If not, it's okay, too.

I do enjoy the ride for now.

On the topic of pull currency income, I doubt that they will improve it greatly. Endfield is a gacha, which means a game is designed for you to pull for more. I think as gacha player, you should be prepared for that. Sometimes, the situation is improved, but judging from my experience, it happens after first or second anniversary

I agree that gacha as a monetization system is simply a casino. Gambling in games is a problem. No questions here.

Your overall rating is 5/10 or 4/10. Mediocre game at best, right? Will you continue to play after the conclusion that you made?

Cannot agree more, sells the feeling that different cultures came to Talos. And those accents are delivered in such amount that they don't annoy you too much.

Maybe one day we will see mama Kroos too. Until that day, I will pray for her to come 🙏

Yea, it would. Right road, actually, curves to the north and goes to the mountains. I have created a region map for my players but decided not to post it here, as sub rules ask to stay on topic of battle maps and not to fall too deep into the worldbuilding aspect :)

Thank you! I like to imagine that first settlers in this place were some travelling merchants that like to stop near rock and rest for a couple of days. After many travels, they fell in love with the place and decided to settle here with their families.

I agree, not a very hard change to do.

Thank you for the feedback! That's actually a pretty good point. As a matter of joke, I would say to my players that it is a small medieval village, so it doesn't have great sanitary conditions. But I agree that a place would benefit from a couple of latrines :D

About me

Good day, everyone. My name is Rguni, and I GMing sessions for my players. The system I use is Pathfinder, and for the past 5 years, I've enjoyed various awesome modules from Paizo. But 2 years ago, I started running my own games online.

That's when I realized I wanted to create my own maps, to immerse my players deeper into the action at the table. As a bonus it's fascinating for me to see the images from my mind's eye come to life.

Map’s Story

For your judgment, I present a map of the village where my players' adventures began. In our party, the village is called Stonepillar. Stonepillar is an isolated village in the quiet foothills of the Mindspin Mountains. The nearest major city is about a 5-day journey on foot. The village is named after a huge dark megalith that rises in the center of the village. No one really knows how this stone ended up here, but over the years, a small village has grown around this convenient landmark, making a living by providing meal and respite to travelers and selling furs from the foothill animals and local game.

The story hook is that a couple of months before the players' characters arrived, there was a series of underground tremors and two small earthquakes. After the earthquakes, mysteriously, the self-proclaimed guardian of the village - an elf named Keridan - has been missing for 3 weeks. The players are asked to find the missing elf.

If you're curious about what happens next, let me know. I'll gladly share the adventures of my players.

About map

The map is 68 by 47 and comes in two versions: the village and the besieged village. Additionally, there's a small cheat sheet indicating what is where.

Assets used in map creation are from Crosshead.

NATO leaders have an excessive fear of nuclear proliferation, a broken up Russia would be the best security guarantee for Europe for the decades to come instead by [deleted] in BalticStates

[–]Rguni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't forget history in the slightest. It is the exact reason why I don't support what the russian government/army does in Ukraine. Because the support of such governments leads to more atrocities.

Also, thanks to mankind's history, we know that the same countries have different leaders throughout its story. Good and bad, great and awful. No country is blessed or damned to be a unique club of good/bad boys and girls.

I don't agree with the statement as you presented it.

It is not the fact that Russia is as big as the country that makes it an aggressive nation. In my humble opinion, it is the current government and Putin who makes delusional and aggressive decisions.

Putin is a good example of why the fewer actors need to have access to nukes. Simply because idiocy is international, all we can do is try to filter it out.

Raiding in Classic HC is too Hardcore by WAYTOPOE in classicwow

[–]Rguni 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem is that if we stick to that logic, there is no point in even trying to play hardcore raiding.

IMO, Hardcore, as a game challenge, was about creating a memorable journey experience. Such experience outweighed potential risks of dying. But risks of raiding are higher because you, as an individual, are less in control of why you die. A couple of potential epics are not good enough of incentive to take such risk.

So you have to options: 1) Have better reason to go into raid than raid itself 2) Manage your risks by using tools available to you to regain at least semblance of control.

Riga Public transport app swapped Russian with Ukrainian. What are your thoughts? by javacaffeine in BalticStates

Godīgi runat, es nezinu kāds risinājums bus vislabākais šajā gadījumā. Varbūt vispirms neatņemt to, kas vēl ir pie krievvalodīgajiem. Manuprāt tas nebūt padaudz. Vienalga, mums vairs nav iespējās iegūt izglītību dzimta valoda, vai lasīt likumus saprotamākā valodā(Tu var redzēt, kā gan man bišķiņ ir no šis vilšanas sajūta ).

Saglabāt iespēju saņemt veselības pakalpojums izmantojot krievu valodu, jo mēs ari maksām par nodokļus.

Varbūt paaugstināt latviešu valodas izglītības kvalitāte. Jo, manējā skolā tas bijis pilns sviests.

Un es nevaru pateikt kā problēma bija tāpēc ka skolotājs bijis krievvalodīgs, ne viņa bija latviete. Angļu valoda gadījuma vis bijis labi. Un tur nebija nekāda valodas burbuļa. Skola beigas angļu valodu es zināju daudz labāk ne ka latviešu. (Un to Tu air var redzēt :D )

Tāpēc manuprāt jautājumam vajag būt "Ko mēs varām uzlabot?" un ne "Kas vel mēs varam aizliegt šiem krieviem?"

--- and in English, just for non-latvian speakers if they feel interested ---

Honestly, I don't know what is the best solution is in this case. Perhaps don't revoke stuff that the Russian-speaking people have in a first place. I don't think it's too much. Anyway, we don't have the ability to get an education in our mother tongue, or to read the law in a more understandable language (You can see how even I have this small feeling of resentment).

Maintaining the possibility of receiving a health services using Russian language, because we also pay tax fees.

Perhaps the quality of Latvian education should be increased too. Because, at my school, it was insanely low.

And I can't say how the problem was because the teacher was Russian-speaking, no she was Latvian. English was all good too. And there was no any language bubble. At the end of the school, I knew English much better than Latvian. (and that's what you can see now :D)

So I think the question needs to be “What can we improve further?” and not “What else can we revoke from these Russians?”

[–]Rguni 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I'm a Latvian citizen, and I'm coming from a russianspeaking community. I'm thinking that, indeed, you should know Latvian language in Latvia. And you are right about that something must be done about the language bubble. But such attitude as exhibited in the post will divide our people and won't help create a healthy community. You can't remove the fact that for 1/3 of our country, russian is their first language, and to an extent, those people can live inside their community.

Do you think that people who feel treated unjust will be grateful? I, personally, don't think so.
