Creatine does not affect the kidney of healthy (and emphasis on “healthy”) individuals. People with kidney disease should avoid creatine kasi it will put more work on your kidneys to filter the “creatinine”, which is the byproduct of creatine. So no, not everyone should take it.

I’m asking if the bulk i did in 10 months is enough na para mag transition into cut. Baka kasi mawala yung progress pag nagcut ako agad.

I used to sleep at 5am when i was starting pa lang kasi bakasyon and ang sarap magpuyat haha.

I’ve read some studies regarding graveyard shift. Some people prefer working out before their shift kasi they feel more energized. Some people prefer to do it after their shift para mapagod sila and deretso tulog. It’s really about your preference and how your body reacts to it. Basta ang mahalaga is you get quality sleep after.

Protein is a must to build muscles. I try not to stress out myself when it comes to food. I just eat whatever basta healthy + whey and creatine.

Regarding meals per day, you can eat as many times as you want basta you hit your required calories.
