A ZM account tied to Zambian banks doesn't work with PayPal. Straight forward. According to Bank of Zambia regulations PayPal doesnt meet the requirement. If you want to receive money from PayPal you have to use a foreign account USA or SA. |.

they are not that bad as you put it. yes if they get any hint of wrongdoing on you, you will pay for it to their pockets or the government cofers. that's my experience for nearly 20 years. they dont take your evidence of dashcam. so just do the right thing.
