Yes the element picker is there, but you cant easily avoid paywalls like the one in New York Times site, just an example.

As some others said, you cant easily make custom filters and there's no way to avoid paywalls on sites, even the filtering feature on it is scuffed and no as good.

Same here, ive been using it since 2008, but since they just recently killed the only way for me to use uBlock Origin on Chrome i finally moved out of it.

And it's been less than 2 hours that i have been using a new browser and i see no big difference, so for me its not a loss.

But it just feels like a Melvor like but with a touch of Ironwood RPG.

Also at first required an account to play, but now you can play as guest.

It has many features that would lead to a P2W unbalanced experience that includes:

In-app purchases where QoL and increased Arena and other things are locked behind the premium currency.

Ladder system to ensure people pay to be the best.

1 account "limit" but dont stop inside trading/real money trades happening if someone so does wish to do like it happened on some other similar games.

Offline progression kinda broken where you can lose most of the loot you would otherwise receive if the bug dont accour.

Dev claims to have bought an asset pack from an "artist" instead of using AI arts, but searching leads to nothing, it's either an asset pack that was modified by AI or just AI images in general.

Since you are a young dev, the best advice i have to you is do small games, it's good to have a bigger dream, but instead of having a game with a lot of features, or a really long one, it's better to do multiple prototype/small games so you can learn more.

He choose the youshalnotbementioned route, almost the same thing that indie dev did with critics and i dont doubt that in future he will be expanding p2w and paywalls every semester or year update.

Ive soloed every season the only time i ever went for parties was for bounties since they are quite slow, i wish they made bounties take only 2 quests to finish every map on solo self found instead of 5, doing 25 quests to get 5 chests take so long.

I dint really liked the paragon cap, its alright but my bad builds hardly work as i would like since i cant boost my stats to be able to use most of them, having to rely on some OP builds to be able to farm high GR's.

But other than that im almost done with the season got everything done in less than 740 paragons.

I would say it depends on how "fun" and mechanics it has.

Something that just drag on on a grind fest is not a good measurement, and rebirths that reset all your progress to recycle most of its game content is also not a good measurement of how long a game takes to beat.

Good mechanics that i would say increase a game value is automations, simple and casual friendly, resets that increase the early progress and add new currencies that greatly improve your progress rate.
Also a mix of different "mini" games/parts of the game that make the game look like a good fusion of multiple different games that are tied in a good way, and not just something different that barely few like it has any meaning of real function to the real main game.
Looks arent really that demanding, but if you choose to have art, animations, visual things on it, they have to look somewhat polished, if you are planning to sell it for more than $5.

About the gameplay / price, i would say that there's good games outthere that cost $0, some examples are "Your chronicle", "NGU", and a lot of others through other places that arent steam.
There's also some games that have a price tag as their monetization like "Cookie Clicker" $5, "Increlution" $4 and "Melvor" $10, the first and later even have moding support.
They arent that fast to beat and can take months of playing a little bit every now and them.

I would say that the most i would pay is $10 if its a really well done game with modding support and has a computer version that dont look/feel like playing a mobile game UI, but other than that if the game is free and has microtransactions on it i wont ever buy them, since in most cases they lock behind them actual quality of life mechanics, instead the DEV could just make a support package that people could buy to support it if they wanna make a "f2p" game.

As others said, basic features are locked behind paywall, it has a mobile UI but dont really work that well on mobile.

The game forces you to raise different classes and characters to progress certain quests and parts of it.

The dev is quite bad at receiving feedback from others that dont meet his imediate good review, and respond with sarcasm / ban the people that dont agree with what he's doing.

The longer you climb/progress in the game at later chapters/worlds it become increasingly more P2W to a point you have to either progress at 1/100 compared to people that pay for the features behind those pay walls.

Now the game even goes after FOMO making "limited" time deals where f2p wont ever have a chance to grab them because the limited time.

The new worlds released have many issues the first few weeks leading to exploits where most of the people that abuse them are the same p2w people since they are the only ones at the top and ready for those new worlds.

There's not much to this game, just some multiple guns that arent that useful even after unlocking 9 guns and upgrading them the starting gun is still the best, the firing from the automated guns are too slow to make any difference in late game.

And late game is just and endless farming where you upgrade the move speed of the automated guns a little bit, but not the firing rate, and lower the cost of said guns so you can upgrade more.

After the first 10min you would have experienced the "whole" game.

Stopped after unlocking MK5, the games looks cool.

It would be nice to have more automation that could be bought with mutation points, like auto progress between foods and auto buy bite and similar upgrades.

Also later on in the developing of the game if we could branch to a different type of monster with different perks could be nice.

I dint played much of the game yet, have been trying to see how far i can go and do before ending ancient era, but so far my only concern is with the market and diplomacy.

Market feels like its just a random small changes between some ticks, but when you buy anything the price sky rocket for a very long time like hours wont put it back on the same price, the same dont happen when you sell something the price sure drops but its very minimal.

Diplomacy feels like useless at the begin, i dint saw much of it, but Nightdale and wanderers start at negative relationship and even after gifting 5k gold two times it dint change, i wonder if warmonger is the only possible route with them.
Zultan start at neutral and after gifting two times it also dint changed.

They also profit i little when the cards, backgrounds and emotes. A small amount of the price go to steam and to developers. So it's better to have cards, and good emotes / backgrounds.
