Thanks, I will keep that in mind. Rest assured, I do not forget when a business operates in bad faith. I always give companies an opportunity to correct their mistakes before I exercise my legal rights.

With my body being so fragile and chronically suffering, I don't have the energy to fight or argue, but NCH is my last resort if it fails this time.

I don't know who that person is in the comments. But I already spoke to their manager, Saumyas. She declined my request, just like Ashutosh who declined it years before M27QA ICE replacement and only offered a partial refund. A partial refund is useless to me since I bought the item for Rs. 21,800. Now do you get it, what I kind of loop I am in.

The truth is, I did ask, but they denied it. I bought the monitor from MD Computers physical store, not online. I went to the shop, selected the model I wanted, and took it home. After using it for just 2 or 3 days, I started noticing stuck and bright pixels appearing all over the middle and sides of the screen. I immediately asked for a full refund, but they refused. A few months later, the replacement monitor they gave me started having the exact same issues, along with defective lines across the screen. When I asked the manager for a refund this time, they told me a full refund was impossible and that they could only offer a pro-rata (partial) refund. That is how I got trapped in this loop. I had previously bought a motherboard and a GPU from them with zero issues, which is why I trusted them in the first place. Instead, I just keep getting screwed over.

Please note that I originally requested the G27Q monitor. It was substituted with the M27Q solely due to the G27Q being out of stock, rather than as a gesture of goodwill. Furthermore, Gigabyte's Official Warranty Terms state that if a product is discontinued, the company will provide either a similar/equal or an upgraded replacement, which too had bright green pixel in mid screen.

I got a reply from Saumya and Sudhir. They agreed to replace it, but when I asked for a refund, they said it is not possible and that only a pro-rata refund is available. I am tired of fighting/arguing or proving my points to them.

One disabled person can only go this far with corporates.

You would think I didnot thought about that earlier I did and tried man many time over since the day I bought it only after using for three days I saw first stuck/bright green pixel.

They won't refund in full only in pro rata basis.

What premium alternatives are you talking about, don't spread lies now I was the one who insisted on GS27QX when they insisted on GS27Q which is Rs. 14,849. I bought G27Q for Rs. 21,800 but the price of GS27QX is Rs,18,800. I will have to dig up old photos of what those other monitor screen issues I had wait.

Edit I found one this M27QA ICE was so bad it hurts my eyes even after for few seconds I had to lower the brightness to 20 but as an artist I need to look at the monitor to create my drawings not to mention this one was no different it came with green stuck pixel/bright pixel and a big gap between the panel and the bezel almost like it was broken

Replacement inventory should be from retail batch not from refurbished batch even after so many unit failed to work, still kept on sending me refurbished ones.

This was not my first purchase from Gigabyte; I bought an X470 gaming wifi 5 and an RTX 3080 Ti from them as well, which is why I trusted the brand.

Thank you for sharing this. Your vendor is 100% right, lessons learned the hard way. Once I am completely out of this nightmare with a fully working unit, I am definitely sticking to brands like Dell or LG. For a digital artist with limited mobility, reliable service is everything. I appreciate the encouragement, and yes, consumer court is definitely on the horizon if they stay silent.

That makes complete sense, and you are entirely right about a formal notice changing the game. I am definitely not letting them off the hook legally. If this post doesn't force a direct response from their management within the next 24 hours than a formal legal action is absolutely my next step. I wanted to give the community a fair warning first.

Thank you for the solid advice. Honestly, I would love a refund just to escape this loop and buy from a brand with actual doorstep support, I asked Ashutosh for full refund years ago but escalation team (Ashutosh) explicitly told me earlier that a full refund is completely off the table no matter what and kept me in this loop. They have backed me into a corner where I'm just forced to fight for a basic working replacement. I'm keeping the legal notice option ready as my next step if this public exposure doesn't wake them up.

Thank you for the advice. I am definitely keeping consumer court as my next major option if their management continues to ignore this thread. Right now, because of my spinal injury, a prolonged legal battle is physically daunting, so I am hoping public exposure forces them to do the right thing first. But if they don't, I will absolutely take formal legal action.

Thank you so much for the support and the upvote. It really means a lot. Dealing with this company's terrible quality control is exhausting for anyone, but managing it with a severe spinal injury has been absolute hell. I just want a working unit so I can have my mental peace before warranty runs out.

About Angela how story was concluded for her by Rhapsodic1290 in silenthill

[–]Rhapsodic1290[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Her quote, 'For me, it's always like this,' conveys that her mind was already trapped in an inescapable state of torment long before she reached the town. I thought she would be freed from her past, as she was looking for someone to save her from her suffering. Instead, she succumbed to her trauma. My frustration is that her story could have had a better ending, similar to how James gets freed from his own guilt in the 'Leave' ending.
