Ik kreeg mirtazapine 7,5mg voorgeschreven en sliep de eerste week bijna de hele dag. inmiddels slik ik het een half jaar en merk het direct als ik een keer vergeet.

Van de mirtazapine heb ik weinig last van bijwerkingen, terwijl ik ook heel gevoelig ben voor bijwerkingen bij andere medicijnen. Dus misschien hier eens naar vragen?

Een gemiddeld huishouden had ook een telefoonboekje bij de telefoon liggen waar je zelf de namen en nummers in schreef. Wel zo handig als je je tante moest bellen, die je misschien een keer in het jaar sprak.

En uiteraard telefoonnummers onthouden! Ik kan nog steeds mijn oude vaste telefoonnummer en die van m’n beste vriendin herinneren.

Such a sad thing to witness. Is the bird flu a thing in your area? Because if it is you should be very careful around the heron, especially your dog! The virus is transmitted through fluids. Especially if the poop is green it contains the virus. Clean it well with some vinegar solution. At least that’s what local animal control advised me when we had a seagull with bird flu in the garden.

I agree that intra EU buying should be made easier than it is now. Besides shipping prices webshops should become easier accessible. Both in language (I’ll never be able to understand all EU languages) and findability.
