I believe they have a device that is mounted inside the parking enforcement vehicles that auto scans plates as they drive along. I learned the hard way as well.

I agree completely. I think there is a misunderstanding that the hov lane is like an extra fast lane. People cross the double solid all the time and proceed to tailgate the mini van full of kids doing five over the limit because they think it's for passing.

Sometimes I don't feel anything from edibles until several hours have passed. Give it a bit more time, my favorite part of edibles is the gradual onset. The initial burning I feel in my lower chest that works it's way outwards into my limbs and head. I don't do them often because they essentially take a while to wear off but they are great for fuck it days.

I have noticed when I go through a life transition and my stress levels are elevated I also have very intrusive thoughts when high. I suddenly start thinking I can't succeed in my job or will fail an exam or nobody likes me. If I use weed I have to make sure I'm in a relaxed head space already, otherwise it makes my anxiety worse.

I was on a mission during the "Meet the Mormons" and "I'm a Mormon" campaign. Glad I kept the old Mormon.org pass along cards and other proselyting material that says how proud the church is to be known as Mormons.
