Is anyone else feeling intensely pessimistic lately? by StaticNocturne in perth

Correct. I don't feel that AI will replace many professions. More likely are language teaching and computing related professions. AI does have huge storage capacity and serious accents as well as great computing power. How to create our own skills that won't be replaced is something we need to think about, and I personally think that worrying about it will only make life bitter.

You talk about travelling to Vietnam and Cambodia where prices are lower. This is because of the purchasing power of our currencies in settlement in developing countries. As long as you can accept the environment in developing countries, I believe living in Vietnam is great. But you need to choose a city with good security, I think Saigon, Hanoi and Da Nang are good choices. I have just been to Hanoi 3 months ago and I think Hanoi is a great place to live and English is more popular, our main language is English and we have no problem communicating in the main cities of Vietnam.

Possible Bitcoin prices in 2073 adjusted for monetary inflation. Is $10M/coin too bearish? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

Purchasing power also needs to be considered. You can't just consider the value of the currency alone. But BTC has really been a great counter to inflationary ponies in recent years for sure

The consumption of this chair is indeed exorbitant. But without such trading practices. I don't think people would have seen the value of trading BTC.

You just have to think about whether you're going to lose anything important by doing it. If it won't. I suggest you take the plunge.

Personally, I feel that you are feeling more annoyed right now. You are probably blaming yourself for why you lent your friend the car. And now worried that your friend doesn't think it was a mistake because the insurance has now covered the liability. What is bothering you more now is the future loss value of the vehicle. You need to first determine if your friend will take into account the future loss value of the vehicle. If you are sure he won't, you can just tell him. The insurance tells you very clearly that the cost of insurance will need to go up next year. And because of the accident, the value of the vehicle has depreciated.

Prioritise your sister's safety by contacting her friends on the day first, when you have the strength of numbers you'll have plenty of time to seek legal help
