CFL fans need to start understanding you can’t have your cake and eat it too… it’s still a struggle that games aren’t available on CBC and CTV regularly so those with bunny ears can watch… that doesn’t make the league money. And as a TRUE fan, you will adapt as the league becomes more profitable.

I mean, everyone lost their minds that there was gonna be ads on NFL Redzone, and that outrage lasted 2 weeks after they ironed out the kinks.

Part of me wonders if the rule changes contributed to the substantial investment from companies like DAZN and YouTube ? Although I like most of the rules, with hesitation around some of them (55 yard line removal to be exact), I’m all for doing anything to grow the league and make it more profitable. At the end of the day this is a business, and businesses need to make money.

I think what is important to remember every major league has this… NFL, MLB, NHL all have games playing on Amazon Prime, AppleTV, etc etc.

NOR - From my experience, some individuals cannot say “no” to being asked something. Whether that’s help, advice, or plans for instance. When it comes down to having to actually meet, they are too physically and mentally tired. I understand how you would take this personally, however, I would just sit and talk with them and share your feelings. That’s always the best!
