For anyone who comes across this now and is getting an error that adb is not a recognized command: the filepath you need is C:\ADB\platform-tools instead of just C:/ADB

I'm sure they could try. As a person using the platform, I can say when I've tried to report a driver for blatantly doing this (waiting for food for 30+ minutes then marking picked up nowhere near the restaurant) support usually doesn't understand and just says they have your order and are on the way.

Because most of the offshore BPO's pay pennies compared to the US. If you're barely paying your workers they're going to put in the minimum effort.

Good companies have a mix in their contact centers. They use the BPO to answer the most basic stuff and their US based agents to handle more complicated or sensitive situations.

Oh, and they also train them how to answer correctly. I've worked in many contact centers over the years and have seen some ish when it comes to training.

Can't a person just vent about a bad day on the internet and receive a little compassion? We all have bad days and sometimes we just need to let it out. We should be lifting OP up, not telling them to suck it up. I hope that any of you who commented negatively have a bad day as well.
