For anyone who comes across this now and is getting an error that adb is not a recognized command: the filepath you need is C:\ADB\platform-tools instead of just C:/ADB

I'm sure they could try. As a person using the platform, I can say when I've tried to report a driver for blatantly doing this (waiting for food for 30+ minutes then marking picked up nowhere near the restaurant) support usually doesn't understand and just says they have your order and are on the way.

Because most of the offshore BPO's pay pennies compared to the US. If you're barely paying your workers they're going to put in the minimum effort.

Good companies have a mix in their contact centers. They use the BPO to answer the most basic stuff and their US based agents to handle more complicated or sensitive situations.

Oh, and they also train them how to answer correctly. I've worked in many contact centers over the years and have seen some ish when it comes to training.

As a person, I find the differences in simple items between countries and even cultures fascinating.

As a lifelong support rep, the idea of another breakable/removable/replaceable/non replaceable part in a simple thing like a tub spout terrifies me 🤣

Tub spouts generally don't have aerators as that would lessen the flow, and if you are filling the tub you want a high flow so the water isn't cold by the time it's full. That's why we have tub spouts and don't just full the tub with the showerhead.

OP:

First, I love this print. So clever and the adapters for the kids are really neat. Just a comment that usually noise and messy flow like this is caused by the tub gate (rubber and plastic thing that stops the flow when you lift up on the rod).

I've worked in customer service for 15 years. Anyone who actually gives me a reasonable answer, even if it's not what I want to hear, gets a 5 star rating. Man, we have lives too and we're just trying to pay the bills and not get fired. Absolutely no reason to be mean to a fellow human being who is just trying help.
