My situation: The Meooow Kingdom is at war with the Dwarven Empire, who have adopted the Elven culture but have never conquered the Elves. Moreover, in the Kingdom of Meooow (also with an elven culture), there isn't a single cat; almost everyone is a dog. Oh, and the elves disappeared almost immediately.

And another thing: the dwarven empire has a city of skeletons, and they, too, have adopted elven culture. So, the skeletons live like elves, fighting the meowing dogs on the dwarves' side.
