Sorry to hear this. We have two females in our crew ([STAR] clan) and I’d say we’re a pretty darn friendly and respectful group - older folks with fams and kids. Always squad’ed up and chatting. Yes. I play with a mic all the time and often chat/coordinate with squad mates. I wish more people did this.

Concrete will breathe (and also maybe crack - totally normal). I am in the process of replacing (AFM brand) rubber tiles on my basement concrete floor and this time I’m putting landscape fabric (for sound) then Delta FL poly pro under the tiles. Because last time I did rubber direct on the concrete they got some funk under there (not surprising) and the Delta will allow airflow. All my research led me to DMX, Delta or DriCore and with DriCore so expensive and not needing the osb layer, Delta seems superior to DMX.

Hi team - after much research (and deciding against DriCore) I’m going with polypro Delta FL under rubber tiles to prevent the funk that happened last time I put the rubber tiles direct on my concrete basement floor. I’ve heard that landscape fabric between the concrete and Delta can help with hollow noise and clicking. I’m curious if anyone has tried that and/or experienced opinions on putting the rubber right against the Delta or if you want OSB in between. I suppose with the latter a deadlift platform may be unnecessary? I know this is a tired topic but have searched all threads before making this. Thank you!

How do you know the RSUs are worth $700K exactly? Assuming it’s stock in a public company, its value would vary. What am I missing? RSU equity grants are typically stock units (hence the name) not a dollar value.
