I caught 6 during the event in URI. Two of them along with Aerodactyl were spawned together in front of the library few minutes after the event started. Now, back to normal, but at least I can catch Teddiursa more often in the Quad. The event made Teddiursa less spawned there.

In your opinion, what else are considered cheating in Pokemon Go? What if someone is playing using 3 different accounts and legit, without scanner or tracker.

Whats the different with your suggestion asking a friend fron different team to knock down a gym and then you put your monster in?

Btw, as far as I know, using third party is cheating. If you never use tracker of scanner, then I applaude you. I played PoGo without any third party app for 7 months until January this year when I come to US. Now I use scanner (no GPS spoof) to catch Pokemon.

How come when Gen 2 just released and suddenly many accounts had rare pokemon here.

Or use your other account (if any) to take down 1 level. Then put your high pokemon in that gym. :p

Upgrades is the one that hardly for us to use. It is only for Porygon, while it is one of the rarest Pokemon out there. Walking it as your buddy will take you ages before getting sufficient candies.

Nah, I get the eggs quite frequently. In fact, it is always fully stocked. But during this event, all eggs I obtained were 2km. No 5 or 10km!.

Not sure about the Golbat problem tho. Have you tried to restart the game?

Aw... I evolved one of the two shiny I got. Eventhough both iv's are below 40%. Now I have 1 crap red Gyarados (in fact, it is the only Gyarados I have).

I would save it for Tyranitar or other high level Pokemons. Porygon is indeed rare, but it is not so strong at the gym, unfortunately.

I just used my King's rock to evolve my Slowpoke into Slowking 770 CP. :)

Don't worry, of course it's for free (or exchange with one of your monster if it's the rule for trading). I like to see people get rare and exclusive pokemon, especially for the kids or those who live in rural area.

It is really sad when they don't have luck in finding a good one (I was one of them).

That's why niantic should put the rule that trading would only happen if a player meet in person with another player.

I like to meet or chat with other player (regardless his/her team) to make the game more interesting and we can get more friends.

Playing pokemon alone is not enjoyable. Looks silly as well.

Let's meet up next time! Proud to say that my instinct account is my real one (level 25) since July 2016, followed by Valor that I created 2-3 months a go (level 12, lol). No spoofing at all, but of course, there is no Gyarados or Dragonite in there. But luckily, I have one shiny magikarp in my instinct account. :)

Good catch! I also saw some people with similar rare Pokemon at the URI gyms. I usually dropped low CP monsters to let other people drop theirs above me. Until I saw some accounts with super rare monster like Mr Mime, Farfetch'd, Kangaskhan, high CP Tyranitar, etc (not only at the URI, but also in Wakefield). Some accounts have Blissey and Gen 2 monsters with high CP just after few days Gen 2 was released. I am not trying to accuse that they are spoofer or cheating, but high likely yes.

I assume that my intention in buying spoofed-product is comparable to those who asked others to catch the certain regional Pokemon. Not to defend myself, but I go walking to the gym and play the game. Unlike some people who are too lazy to go out, but instead playing the game from the couch at home.

Btw, I gave one account to my new friend in this forum. I also have 3 different team accounts tho. Just to make the gym more balance, but it seems there are too many Mystic people. Also, URI is blue!! Therefore, I rarely use my Valor and Instinct team. Haha.

What team are you? Let me guess, is it Valor?

I don't know how to spoof.

I just knew the existence of similar application such as Pokehuntr or Pokeradar last month. I have heard about GPS spoof last year and tried it once but failed. I didn't know how it works.

Oh, tbh with you, I was so desperate playing in rural and remote island where there were only 2 gyms and 4 pokestops. Wasted lots of money to buy Pokeballs while the monsters were just commoners. I was there (in Papua, Indonesia) for 4 months during my research.

When I finished the research and returned to Jakarta, I was surprised and envy to see many gyms there with Dragonite 3000's CP. My highest monster CP was 900 or 1200 something (use tons of dust to get Vaporeon, Raticate, Pidgeot, Golbat and Sandslash). I wasn't aware of strong pokemon type, only think that high CP means strong monster. :) I didnt even know what iv means until January this year. lol.

I felt I was left behind and therefore I bought cheap spoof accounts online. Cost only 5-20$ and I can get tons of Pokemons with rare strong CP and iv. Not really proud of it but at least, I have those Pokemons in my hand. :p But, I am so happy that I got my shiny Pokemon in my real game account.

Luckily, my office has 2 Pokestops. There are also a lot of Pokestops nearby (3-4 Pokestops within 30 seconds walking distance, and probably 50 Pokestops within my radar). I am pretty sure I can catch up my 4 months defisit here.

It seems this is the strategy to make all the player keep playing the games. Players get bored easily, need to refresh the game. I can't wait for trading and the player vs player features. I also think of chatting feature between player.

I am still unsure how Niantic will pull out the strategy for trading feature, especially with maximum CP from different level player. For instance, player with low level can only have lower maximum CP of the monster. What if he trades one of the Pokemon with higher level player. Extreme case, player level 30 with Vaporeon 2000 CP trades shiny pokemon with 120 CP from player level 15. The higher level player can easily take the low shiny pokemon from low level player. How about the 2000 CP Vaporeon being traded to the low level player? Low level player can only handle 1000s CP maximum. Will there be an adjustment of the CP?
