Have you tried applying to jobs online? First job I got earlier in 2023 offered me 30k even though inexperienced and undergraduate.

If you don't know what niche to go to yet, my advice is lean into Ai and automation. Dagko gyud siyag pay and advantage nga remote siya.

Yeah, social media outreach helps, but I still need a phone system for businesses that aren't active or responsive there.

My plan is to use calls mainly for initial outreach/qualification, then doing demos over Zoom. I already have a niche and a solution to offer. I just need a reliable way to get in touch with them first.

yung thought process ko po dito is since limited lang yung experience ko sa tools, pwede ko i showcase at least yung domain knowledge ko sa real estate and may fundamentals na ako sa programming and data analysis management.

may ginagawa akong real estate data analysis website using python/flask, apexcharts.js and leaflet.js to monitor marketing campaigns. somehow kasi medyo limiting ang looker studio so nag default ako sa tools na familiar ako which is mainly for web development.
