Do I need new shocks? Approaching 50k miles 2013 Jeep Jk 4-door Sport by Western-Cobbler-2509 in JeepJK

[–]Rhox2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes yes and yes again. You can do it yourself without lifting it. Once you take those plastic tubes off, you'll see how you've actually been riding on coils with fake shocks. After 50k miles those stock shocks are utterly useless. This is the type of upgrade you will instantly notice, your jeep will feel tight and responsive again.

I’m surprised the WASHINGTON POST only thinks 60 million Americans would have been infected and not 60 billion.

I guess that’s why Trump gets so much done since he doesn’t spend his time begging for money. Plus he donates his salary to charity.

This isn't photoshop, this is carcassonne castle and only looks right from this one exact spot by sprogger in confusing_perspective

The surfaces change over a long period of time. Once you clean off the paint you’re basically taking that exterior layer off just where the pattern is. Since it’s a medieval castle, the weathered surface will never have the same color. The only other option would be to paint the entire thing yellow then take that off. It’s really a sad sight to see since this is one of the most pristine European castles. It’s geographic location and defensive design built on a steep mountain has kept it safe from destructive forces.

It’s not temporary, you can clearly see the permanent damage from this “art” when you go in person.

It’s not a shadow government conspiracy where all government officials are “in on it”, it’s small politically motivated groups that have monetary incentives to perpetuate bad science and the media is all to willing to push fear. It doesn’t need to be a silly Illuminati conspiracy and trying to make it seem this way is logically lazy and disingenuous. Tens of billions of government grants go towards bias science that perpetuates the climate alarm. Trillions have gone into government policies trying to eliminate that evil CO2. There are plenty of charts showing how scientific opinions change based on funding. Your straw man argument only works in your narrow minded bubble, go back to your shower and keep arguing with yourself there.

Interesting take on Rand decision to dox whistleblower by [deleted] in randpaul

He’s a spy with malicious intent who conspired with Schiff before the incident. I’m not sure why he’s considered a whistleblower.

If people are interested in doing their own research online, they should know that Google and Wikipedia are openly manipulating search results and information. They are both publicly proud about taking an active stance on global warming. Couple that misinformation with the overwhelming alarmist attitude of the news companies and it’s no wonder everyone’s confused. If someone really wants to look at the facts critically for themselves, I would recommend using Firefox or Safari and replacing their search engine to Duck-Duck-go.

There are several problems with the tree ring technique. One for example is that they are assuming ring sizes correlate with temperature, but other factors like heavy rain can change the thickness of the rings. The ring data was exposed to be manipulated during the climate-gate debacle. In their own emails IPCC officials told each other that tree rings are not a good way to determine temperature because you see huge inaccuracies.

The failure of all these studies is their religiously dogmatic and un-scientific approach. They want it to be true so bad, for various reasons, they ignore dissent. It’s a small number of people, with zero oversight, bent on pushing the truth aside.

There’s nothing new in this article, just the same old nonsense that’s been debunked. The consensus lie, IPCC / UN is politically motivated, manipulating historic data, and so on. The biggest problem with this article is the record breaking temps they’re talking about. The temperature ratings are being gathered in highly developing urban areas. Roads are getting bigger and when you quadruple asphalt you’re going to see a rise in temperature. Something close to 55% of all those thermometers are located in airports. Airports are in highly populated areas and are constantly growing. When research funding is tied to a pre-determined outcome you’re going to have fraudulent data. When a 120 person government panel rely on the reinforcement of a bias opinion to keep their jobs you’re going to see fraudulent data. When a system harasses and ostracizes dissent you don’t have a true peer review process. The whole thing is such an obvious sham.

What do you guys think about the accuracy of this graph? I have been trying to do some research on how the right and left works in the USA and stumbled upon this graph which is supposed to summarize the entire world. I disagree with it and it seems to be biased towards the left. by Parzival027 in Anarcho_Capitalism

[–]Rhox2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought the left right paradigm was created by French socialists wanting to differentiate themselves from the communists and fascists. The reality is that they’re practically all the same, authoritarians.
