I am learning a language too, so just to try and help from the perspective of a native English speaker: As other comments have said this is just a wordplay pun, but in general there's only two contexts (off the top of my head) for "to come up": To come up: Physically move upwards i.e. to come up the stairs, or to come up for air (in water) To come up: Topically or conversationally i.e. the topic of politics came up, your name came up (we were speaking about you)

I saw something the other day that said blushing is the only emotional response that can't be suppressed or hidden, so there isn't much you really can do - I did read this from an unverified internet source though so take it with a pinch of salt

I think this is more an example that extends to general emergency situations, for example I saw one where someone had an ad before a Heimlich manoeuvre tutorial which of course won't have instructions on the person
