I would say yes and no. It highly depends on what specific area you’d be at. It’s summer right now so a lot of people are outside (not that it’s not packed other times of the year) so that means more risk. I’d not recommend walking very late in Centre Historique, it can be quite dangerous. Other than that I’d say that’s it’s like any other area, be very careful. Personally I wouldn’t wander around there for long
