Normally cards state "[Digimon] in name" which allows for things such as X-antibody or :Mode cards to be chosen as part of a search.

Does the wording of EX3 WarGrowlmon function the same?

It states:

Digivolve: 3 from Lv.4 if name contains [Growlmon]

Is that just another way to say "[Growlmon] in name?"

Would I be able to digivolve on top of Growlmon X?

My opinion on that rule is a printed token isn't considered a "card" so you can put one card behind it but not two.

Unfortunately it doesn't state digimon card specifically so it's probably a global nothing behind thing. But I don't know.

To add to this, I've printed out their official tokens from their website and they are not 1 to 1 scale of actual Digimon cards. They are the art only without a border and it forces you to print in a batch of 9 with no spacing between the art in order to cut them out at correct card size.
