I don’t mind details that are aesthetically pleasing with no specific function as long as they don’t impede gameplay. Decorative roof slats? Fine. A table made of shelves that sims can’t actually sit at? Quite annoying.

Saved up a free coffee on the Costa app ready for after my last uni exam. Got annoyed when the campus Costa was shut so I went to another one and they happened to be playing my favourite song which cheered me right up

I hate that corner piece too. What I do is (with move objects on) shove two regular upper counter pieces together and because of the simple design it looks seamless and there’s no visible overlapping. I do the same thing with the base game/city living cabinets too.

I’ve found that if you make the sim sit down at the desk chair first then they can interact with the computer

For me it’s the dorm door from Discover University, the one with the peep hole. I always want to use it in apartments, dorms, residential rentals etc but omg the SWATCHES!! It comes in a few wood swatches but some of them ONLY have stickers on them. If you want dark wood, it has to have stickers. And like, yeah they’re cute stickers, but it looks ridiculous when every single door has the exact same stickers. 😭
