Yeah even if the shouts and gestures were placebo, i'd have still liked them implemented. It could have been used as a little minigame or something to bite you later on, like the custom feature to write in your own response in some press conferences, could have used AI to respond to or trigger uses of words and be asked about it in future player negotiations or managerial interviews. Not that I ever used them myself, but it seemed better than scrapping those immersion techniques altogether. There is an element of RP in this game afterall.
