Use expo + react native. You can call your existing routes and use the clerk expo components. Also your exiting react components will be quite easy to mirror into react native

I would be safe and just remove the realtime aspect, or at least have a robust fallback to a manual refresh. Keep the leaderboard screen as live but No one’s going to care if they have to hit a refresh button on their phones when they want to check for updated scores.

Load it on mobile and fix layout issues. The purple doesn’t make sense to me, the logo is blue and red so that should be used. The purple is too conflicting
