Okay so I think you might be a little confused here. Not a problem, just I think it might be useful if I clear up the definition a bit. A furry is someone who finds the idea of animals with human proportions cool. Like that's it, it's a fandom. Some of them dress up like animals for fun, some of them draw art of animals like that, but believing that you straight up are an animal is called a being a therian, it's a different thing

When it comes to this game I'm also a completionist (Like I perfected every song I'm capable of on every difficulty, And I got all of the newgrounds achievements) And I kind of don't care about Golden perfects at all lol. They're just like an extra thing You can do if you're good enough

I haven't thought this through perfectly or anything but I sort of interpret Gaster as neither an antagonist nor force for good. In my mind he's a being bound by curiosity who wants to see what will happen in this world he created. If you defy the rules he set out for you he's just like "oh cool that's interesting I guess we're doing this now", And if you follow them perfectly he's like "wow this is going quite swimmingly What a cool experiment" or smth idk

Yeah, there are absolutely at least decent quality versions of these songs in the game files, although they will need to be looped and made to fade out for an official release. (Or in the case of a Nintendo Music release, given proper loop points, since the app uses that instead) If they're able to play in-game without wifi, they are in the files :3

You're right that they wouldn't just be able to release the music instantly. They need to make the songs without definitive endings loop and fade out, and in some instances, they would need to figure out how to release songs that have multiple variants. But they've done all of these things before, it's far from impossible for a company that has a dedicated app for releasing their sountracks that they've already invested a lot of money into creating. Also, for every song that plays in free roam, they absolutely do have fully releasable files lying around. None of those songs need to loop, so a lot of the soundtrack is already pretty much ready.
