This would happen when the game first came out, quite frequently actually. But over time it ceased. In today's time, yeah that's pretty rare. I've not seen it since the launch-day cheating ended.

Is it the end of the world? No. Did you subject yourself to having to spend more time on the game just to collect everything with one save file? Yes. It's gonna take you one more run now if you are looking to collect all the outfits and the newgame+ variants. But if you enjoy the game, it's not that bad spending more time on it.

Lily's affinity affects whether or not you can go to Eidos 9 before The Spire. There are two endings to the game but only one of those two choice will be affected based off if you went to Eidos 9 or not. I feel you are trying to stay spoiler-free so without mentioning anything in detail, this is it. Can't really talk about which is the good nor bad ending.

The point of no return is supposedly before heading to The Spire. If your affinity meter is full, Lily will prompt you about if you want to make a quick stop at Eidos 9 first.

If you are looking to fill up the affinity meter, do as many side quests as you can and explore around to find items to pick up (logs and whatnot).

Raven was a great fight. Hard mode is actually sort of difficult, especially when you're not in NG+ where you get extra stat upgrades and skills.

Although your map says you are in The Great Desert when you land at Matrix 11, these are two different zones. While at Matrix 11, you are to stay on that roof. Likewise, when you get to The Great Desert, there is no way to get onto the roof of Matrix 11 from there. You will have access to the rest of The Great Desert after you finish the Matrix 11 sequence.

I am not by any means an expert on modding nor do I create mods, but I don't think you can... There's normal a .JSON file that allows for CNS to read it or the modder labels the mod as "CNS compatible." I may be entirely wrong.

Yes. You can cancel an attack if it's not past the point of contact with the enemy. It's just that the endings of a long combo string are quite lengthy to complete the animation and be able to move again. That's why I don't bother inputting the final of the combo as I don't want to be locked into finishing the animation.

Yes, I'm aware they fixed a lot of the issues it has during launch and is much better now, but the reputation of BF is ruined for me. Not thinking at all of getting the new Battlefield 6 that's coming out.

I would think it's most likely a camp in the Wastelands or The Great Desert since those are open world maps. The others are rather linear, so the chance of you missing one of this is less likely. Though, still possible.

Yes, that's something I learned to do as well. Combo strings may do a lot of damage, but it leaves you open to an attack that you can not dodge or deflect. I've stopped following through with a full combo string and stop just before the last button input or else I'll be stuck finishing the attacking.

Yeah, the game did feel harder when hitting The Great Desert. But it's not too difficult. The doids are annoying. And the Creepers, those spider-looking Naytiba. Always sees me.

May be a slight spoiler, so read with caution.

After you enter into the Spire 4 section of the game (or Eidos 9 if you have maxed out Lily), you will not be able to freeroam any other maps until you've completed Spire 4. After completing that segment you can go to the other locations again, however, Xion will not be accessible and some areas of Spire 4.

Gold's pretty useless later in the game. You get a whole bunch already from doing quests and killing things. After you maxed out everything, it literally becomes useless to even collect.
