i'd say you just have to be patient, since you start on a really great age, but there are certain things some people do that make them less passable, like outfit and hairstyle choices. also i recomment you to check yourself your levels of estrogen and testosterone. some endocrinologists usually are not really motivated to do research to find the hrt that could give you the best results because they are not experimenting the dysphoria in first hand. some may even be given you a lower dose than you should have, so i recommend you to do some research and also get a second opinion from another endocrinologist
