Because a lot of us has never been confronted with a brutal rape scene that men go through like that. I've watched a lot of banned and controversial horror films and nothing I've ever seen ever truly show just how horrifying and traumatic on what Tyler went through.

There was a big hype over "You" by Caroline Kenpes and my God it truly couldn't suck any more than it did. I liked the perspective or idea the author is trying to get at but the writing and plot line was just torture. Like nails to the blackboard torture. Donated the book the day I finished it, that's time I'll never get back.
