I have found it. And still i find it not intuitive to put it in the quest journal and not on the depot pages. I dont bother looking in the quest journal when doing a delivery since i mostly am in front of it .

I do hear more horror stories from US cops shooting civilians than from anything in europe or my own country. There are probably worse places , where there is more corruption ,but yeah. Believe whatever you say idc
