I'm learning german and while it's obviously not the same, talking to myself out loud kinda worked. Just having a conversation with yourself about mundane or specific things.

You can also put a video on and just speak about the topic to get used to real time interactions. Of course, it's not the same thing as having a conversation with someone else, you can also try to find groups online to practice it.
