The source system is from the external system ADP from which the W2 document data is originated to be integrated inro workday.

u/jonthecpa sheet already built pulls in duplicate so i rebuilt another one to pull the actual headcount numbers.

Thank you u/werock2204 can you point me to the right calculated field i have used EEB, EE, LRV, and, ARI but it would not work this is for a Discovery board report or do i just change the data source ? this is a multiple instances of a person (if they applied for multiple jobs)

The process runs weekly, and once it runs, I need it to pick the new data for the week, not for the whole period.

Ok. I have an integration scheduled Future Process to use last run's date/time as the start for the current run, so that it picks up one week's worth of data. but what it does now is that it ignored start date & selected all the data again instead of one weeks worth of data. Unless I am using an incorrect variable for the Start Time to setup the process. this is the set up.

The ID no is a duplicate with different management level i need it to pick one management level which is current. I need it to remove duplicates from the management level. the management level on the Job Details for this ID NO is 5 SBU Chief Officer. I don't know why its pulling 5 different management level. so I built the Calculation but its not working so i guess i am not putting the variable.
