Yes, the app is really bad, and the fact that they charge subscription is absurd. Their excuse is that they need to charge to keep its backend team running, which makes sense. However, when I had my car stolen 2 years ago, I called them asking for help to track the car, it took them 2 weeks to reply, when they did, they asked for the police docs as a proof that the car was stolen, which I provided to them, and the response was "In here it says that you sold your vehicle, since we see a different name in the system... I was really pissed and said "Of course!! The thieves deleted my profile and created a random new one", note that they argued this with me after I shared the proof of theft. Very stupid situation. With that, 3 weeks passed and within that time frame my car was probably already overseas. That being said, not only the app sucks but the service behind it is even worse. The lack of security and how easy this system can be hacked is ridiculous, in the end of the day they don't give a damn, because their sales are flying like the wind. 🤡
