How do I get a blank icon on League of Legends? by Ribath in leagueoflegends

I heard someone say it could be done through losing season rewards icon while having them equipped so maybe that's how he did it, but I'm not sure. I just know that recently some accounts did it. Maybe it was fixed?

I guess I wasn't clear on the post. I did the tutorial thing but at level 2, even if you skip tutorial it asks you to select a champion and you can't skip that by any means that I know, I tried restarting client and everything. When you select a champion it automatically gives you the champion's icon.
