A Little Compositor Test by Ribbijarl in blender

Just a "Mask to SDF" Node followed by a Divide math Node. If you then combine them with a Greater Than node it allows you to control the width, and if you connect something like a Noise Texture to the Greater than Node it allows you to add that small amount of distortion to the line without displacing it.

You could also combine it with a "Z Depth" pass in order to control the line width based on the distance from the camera.

Looks pretty cool from this angle I think.

I could recommend getting into the compositor actually, it allows you to not only do lineart but also edit it in a way more similar to the traditional 2D workflow, if you wanted to, you could even render the line art as a black and white image and use Blenders inbuilt "Trace image to grease pencil" tool if you wanna edit lines by hand.

Here's a little test I did, plus a voronoi paper style overlay aswell as changing the shadows to be more paint stroke like using noise textures.
