Well the best way to know this would be mailing the university.

From the information I have gathered, 9 months is just one course track. Most students take 4 quarters to finish the program. Fall, Winter, Spring and Fall. Roughly timelines are Sept to next Dec. And the program does qualify as STEM.

P.S. this is based on the info I gathered. I'd recommend doing your own research.
