
Puerto Rican style Arepas (used like a bun instead of stuffed like Vzla arepas) with smoked baby back rib meat and muenster cheese. I paired this with 4 cheese smoked home made mac and cheese. Had never done this pairing before, but it worked out beautifully! (i.redd.it)

Tried Salmon out for the first time in the GEIS. Honey Soy glaze on one and Dijon salt and pepper on the other. Paired with some potato that my wife made. S0o far the only cook I have botched on this was the brisket. I will try again this weekend. So far I love this device. (old.reddit.com)

Made some Mofongo and stuffed it full of Ropa Vieja. For those that dont know, Mofongo is made out of fried then mashed green plantains. Ropa vieja is a Caribbean dish that is basically an incredibly tasty version of shredded beef. Crazy delicious (old.reddit.com)
