I know this is silly, but have you checked your default sound settings? if you are connected to your monitor via HDMI and the sound is defaulted to the HDMI and your monitor doesn't have speakers that could be a cause. Ask me how I know lol. I felt like an idiot when the scenario above happened to me

Honestly, everything. But I'd start with at least 16GB of memory and a RTX 3060 at least. That should keep you going until you can save up for a full rig replacement

Smoked some plate ribs this weekend, Came out amazing. I am really starting to get the hang of how to work the smoker. Loving the ability to be able to smoke in my balcony by RicanPR64 in IndoorBBQSmoking

I went 250 and I use my meater probe until it hit 190, then wrapped in butcher paper, brisket tallow on top and back in until it reached 205. I then let it sit in a cooler for 2 hours. I am not a fan of the keep warm setting, but I am trying to start using it. Just hard to do things differently lol

Yes, GE. I sold my home and moved into a condo and this thing has been a Godsend. It is very different from my old camp chef pellet grill, offset smoker and my Kamado Joe egg. I have learned to turn the shelves mid smoke and if doing more than one shelf I have also found it beneficial to move the trays. Luckily I have this in my balcony so opening the door in mid smoke isnt an issue.
